openSUSE Leap 42.3 Reaches End of Life on June 30th, 2019.
openSUSE Leap 42.3 is based on SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 Service Pack (SP) 3, which was released on July 27, 2017.
Usually openSUSE Leap minor versions will receive updates for about 18 months, but the minor version of Leap 42.3 is being extended.
Since, SUSE has agreed to release an updates for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 Service Pack (SP) 3.
So, the last minor version of the openSUSE Leap 42.3 was scheduled to be maintained until June 2019.
It means the extended End of Life for Leap 42.3 will increase the total lifetime of the Leap 42 series to 44 months.
Users whoever still using openSUSE Leap 42 series are encouraged to use the additional months to prepare the upgrade to Leap 15.1, which was released on May 22nd, 2019.

Warning: Do not skip a release when you are performing the upgrade! Example: do not upgrade from 42.3 to 15.1. Instead, from 42.3 upgrade to 15.0, then from 15.0 upgrade to 15.1.

openSUSE Leap 15.2 is planned to be released May 2020, based on SLE 15 SP2
There are no plans to release an openSUSE Leap 42.4. Leap 42.3 will be maintained until June 2019.
